Studio Preta’s goal is to start the conversation on how we can change the way we consume Fashion. Therefore, before proceeding with your purchase please try to answer the following questions

Do I already own something that serves the same purpose?

Would I be compelled to donate three items in its place?
 
QUESTION 3
Can I afford it, or would I have to give up something for it?
 
QUESTION 4
If it was more expensive, would I still try to figure out a way to buy it?
 
QUESTION 5
Will it elevate the other pieces I already own?
 

Policy

Studio Preta offers a 14-day return period counting from the day the item was delivered. On the occasion of the expiry day falling on a weekend or bank holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
 
Returns will only be accepted if the items are returned in perfect condition, not used or damaged and in its original packaging.
 
Please note that styles purchased on a Made-to-Measure basis or from the Available Now section cannot be returned or exchanged.
  

Returns Procedure

STEP 1
Email info@studiopreta.com and please include your order number, name and item or items you intend to return.
 
STEP 2
Studio Preta will send an email acknowledging your return and will provide a shipping address to send your item or items back.
 
STEP 3
Send your item or items back to Studio Preta.
 
Please note that Studio Preta will only accept returns that have been arranged prior to receiving parcels. Any items received without prior notification will not be accepted.
 
Return shipping and postage remain the responsibility and cost of the customer. We recommend all items be returned via tracked services to ensure items arrive safely.
 
Studio Preta is not responsible for items lost during transit.
 
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation and the refund will be issued immediately to the original method of payment.
